Postcards of the Great War

The Catacombs of Palermo

Postcards that children and families sent their men on the fields, mostly of french origin.

The incredible catacomb were the mummies of italian monks are displayed, in Palermo, southern Italy.

A strange Bavarian painting

This painting by Paul Mathias Padua, dated from dreadful 1940, seem to have been inspired by another painting. Which one ?

These pages contain some photographs I took over the years, which may be of some interest to visitors. I also scanned part of my historical postcards which should prove entertaining.
